Acceptance
By using the KoraUp app or kora-up.com you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Nature of the service
KoraUp is an information service showing football scores and fixtures, line-ups, tables, official TV channels and news headlines with links to their sources. The service is free and features may change or be discontinued at any time.
No match streaming
The app does not stream any match and provides no streaming links or tools to bypass broadcast rights. Channel names are shown for information only; watching is done through official broadcasters.
Accuracy
We work to show accurate, up-to-date information, but kick-off times, channels, line-ups and scores may change, be delayed or contain errors from their sources. The service is provided "as is" without warranties and is not an official reference for any competition.
Intellectual property
Club and league names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown for identification only. News articles belong to their publishers; we show the headline and a summary with a link to the source. The KoraUp name, logo and app design are ours.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: attempting to breach or disrupt it, heavy automated scraping, or any unlawful use. We may suspend access in case of abuse.
Notifications
Notifications are optional and can be disabled in the app or in your device settings. They may arrive late or not at all for reasons beyond our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the service or reliance on its information (including match times).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco and its courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
